UBS had commissioned Builders & Partners, as its representative, to organize and over oversee the renovation of its offices on Boulevard Carnot, Massy, in preparation for a user. The office-space facilities, the renovation of common areas, and access control had been completed within 2 months. Builders & Partners had studied and developed scenarios in advance, to permit the building to obtain a BREEAM certification.
