The quicker you feel like you belong to the company and your team and the quicker you get a sense of pride in your project, the better it is for everyone! At Builders & Partners, you will be welcomed to the team by a mentor who will spend some time with you and tell you a little about our corporate culture. Numerous events, both formal and informal, get organised (and yes, we're hoping there'll be welcome drinks when you arrive!).

TRAINING

You will be eased into your new role gradually, with the help and support of your line manager and the other members of your team, who will be there for you every step of the way. Over the course of your career with Builders, you will be offered numerous internal and external training courses to reinforce your current skillset and acquire new skills, in management, technology, etc. Don't hesitate to let us know what you're interested in!

Which one's my glass? A building project without get-togethers isn't a proper building project! Not celebrating your projects, achievements and advancement is not an option! The year is dotted with group events (conferences, the Fall party, Christmas, etc.), and you are also very welcome to organise a barbecue on the roof should the urge take you! Life in the building industry is one big challenge!
