The renovation of this 20.000 sqm high-rise with the construction of a new 5.000 sqm extension, on a densely populated urban site, in the immediate vicinity of rail, air and underground networks, in a particularly tight deadline, was a challenge. Combining technical and regulatory command and polished site organization is the basis for success for this type of project.
