Renovation and extension of a 10 floors building built in 1966 of about 21,000 m², on a plot of 6,300 m² planted with 500 m² of housing. Given the many advantages offered by the use of a digital model and the collaborative and efficient mode of operation that the SFL led project team wishes to develop, it seems appropriate to carry out this operation with Building Information Modeling.
