In Lyon, Altarea Cogedim was developing the future headquarters for Sanofi Pasteur Merial. With a total area of 14 000 m², the real estate complex was divided into four buildings with G+4 to G+5 storeys, on a slab and two underground levels. Builders & Partners has been commissioned as Site Manager/Coordinator for the project. The building was delivered in 2015, February.
