INSTALLATION OF THE MONTPARNASSE STATION FOOTBRIDGE
[Renovation of Gare Montparnasse] In January, the new passenger footbridge at Gare Montparnasse was installed: nearly 20 meters and 17 tonnes for its largest component. This structure will allow everyone to access the Hall Grands Voyageurs from the forecourt. It is therefore an emblematic stage of the project which took place over 4 nights.
The Builders and Partners Group is supporting AREP, SNCF Gares & Connexions and ALTAREA as a HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, MEP and Structure design office, on this large-scale project consisting in heavily restructuring the station and its shops.
END OF THE HIGH VOLTAGE LINES UNDERGROUND WORK SITE
In October, work was done to put the high voltage lines underground in Montpellier!
With the dismantling of the old overhead lines, this operation allows the liberation of many sites and a better quality of environmental and urban life in Montpellier.
IDE Environnement, a subsidiary of the Builders and Partners Group, carried out the environmental monitoring of this exceptional € 18.6 million investment project: many thanks to RTE Réseau de Transport d’Electricité for its trust!
