ACQUISITION OF CALL INGENIERIE SOCIETY
The Builders and Partners Group continues its development with the acquisition of CALL INGENIERIE, a company specialized in general project management for national restaurant chains, leisure centers, sale centers and serviced residences.
This new step allows the Group to pursue its strategy of diversification towards catering, retail and hotel activities; sectors in which CALL Engineering has proven its know-how nationwide for more than 20 years.
ARCHITECTES SOLIDAIRES: THE ADVENTURE WA LAUNCHED!
Architectes Solidaires is an association that offers to renovate rest areas within hospitals on a voluntary basis.
We are happy to support them and to participate in the enhancement of the rest areas of our nursing staff. Our teams will put all their energy, on their scale and according to their specialties (technical engineering, circular economy, environment and project management), to recreate pleasant spaces to live in for those who put all their energy into taking care of our health.
We are fully aligned with the idea that a value-creating company can and must, within its means, put itself at the service of the Common Good, and thus participate in building the harmony of the social body on which it depends.

SOFYA SELECTED IN WAVESTONE RADAR
The SOFYA teams are very proud to be part of the 2020 selection of Wavestone’s “Smartbuilding Startups Radar”, in the BIM Exploitation and Digital Twins category!
SOFYA facilitates the management of operations and maintenance services for its customers thanks to its Viewer and the geolocation of equipments.
This radar highlights 5 lessons from this benchmark:
1 – the #smartbuilding sector remains dynamic despite the #COVID19 crisis

BIM PLAN 2022: REALIZATION STARTING FROM THE BUILDING PERMIT!
As part of the BIM 2022 Plan, led by the Ministry in charge of Housing, Lot Denfert of the Saint Vincent de Paul ZAC is the winner of the first call for projects: “Experimentation for the future use of a digital BIM model in addition to ‘a request for planning permission. ” We are happy to have been appointed BIM Manager for the follow-up of the instruction of this Building Permit! A first time in the process of making these uses a reality.
Our objectives on this mission:
– Mobilize and federate the actors concerned
– Identify the strengths and obstacles (human, legal, administrative, technical and economic)
– Establish a roadmap for the use of the digital model

For the 4th consecutive year, the Builders and Partners Group is one of the 500 growth champions for 2021, all regions of France and all sectors of activity combined, in 281st position! This fine result, maintained for several years, is the fruit of the work of our teams in Consulting, Technical Engineering, Environment, Geotechnics, Project Management, Energy and BIM Services. On February 1, the trophies were awarded by HEXABIM. This appointment is recognition of the work of all our BIM teams, also of our teams working on an engineering model integrated into BIM. Well done to them!

The Builders & Partners group and the Axis Ingénierie group, comprising the firms Sol Conseil, Soler Conseil and Soler Environnement, announce their alliance.
The CEOs of the two groups, Louis-Christophe Moissonnier and David De Luca, linked by a 15-year-long history of professional partnerships, have united their companies around a strong ambition, their joint commitment reaffirmed by an exchange of capital for a significant part of the transaction.
The objective of the operation is to form strategic synergies with a view to developing innovative, global solutions across the full skill sets of both groups.
