THE 2016 VIEW ONE PYRAMIDE D’ARGENT

The View One programme developed by ALTAREA COGEDIM won the 2016 Pyramides d’Argent “Business Real Estate” Prize. DIETMAR FEICHTINGER Architectes designed the building erected on a glass base consisting of a hall featuring 6 retail units, foodservice establishments and local services providing View One with ideal communication with the esplanade that is one of its defining features. BUILDERS & PARTNERS were commissioned for this project to provide Design Coordination & Supervision, Project Execution Management and Site Management.

PROJECT NEWS: RESONANCE DELIVERY

On 15 June 2016, the keys to the RESONANCE building were handed over to CODIC, the Client of this beautiful 25 000 m² tertiary project with an atypical facade. That same day, the first lessee was able to take possession of its premises on three floors with all reserves lifted.

Audit news : INFRARED CAPITAL PARTNERS and EIFFAGE IMMOBILIER

Builders & Partners acted as technical consultants to InfraRed Capital Partners’ (InfraRed) and Eiffage Immobilier on the off-plan “VEFA” agreement for “Opalia”, an office building located in Saint-Ouen in Seine-Saint-Denis.

ISSY-CŒUR-DE-VILLE : A 100.000 m² project

Builders & Partners is acting for Altarea Cogedim on the Issy-Coeur-de-Ville project in Issy-les-Moulineaux, just outside Paris. The project, designed around a 13,000 m² urban park, consists of 15,000 m² of retail, 600 new residential units and 40,000 m² of office. Work is due to start in 2018 and the project will take two years to complete. BUILDERS & PARTNERS missions:
