PROJECT NEWS: HANDOVER OF YBRI BUILDING

On 9 June 2017, after refurbishment works lasting 15 months, the acceptance, handover and giving possession of Ybry building (15,000 m²) to its prestigious tenant, Sephora, took place in Neuilly sur Seine. Developed in the context of a development.

PROJECT NEWS: HANDOVER OF VIEW ONE BUILDING

After works lasting more than 20 months, the project was accepted by Altarea-Cogedim. Builders & Partners undertook the tasks of construction project manager and studies coordinator and manager.

PROJECT NEWS: FIRST STONE OF CAMPUS NOVARTIS

Laying of the first stone of the Novartis campus in Rueil Malmaison, a 42,000 m² building developed by BNPP RE on behalf of a Korean fund represented by Etoile Properties. Builders & Partners takes on the role of consultant project manager.

PROJECT NEWS: HANDOVER OF A9A1 BUILDING

Handover and possession given to Natexis on 21 July 2017. Builders & Partners were entrusted with the roles of construction project manager and studies coordinator and manager.

PROJECT NEWS: HANDOVER OF BERCY CRYSTAL

On 4 September 2017, the Bercy Crystal building was handed over to the project’s two investors: DTZ Investors, who took delivery of the offices and the City of Paris, which took delivery of the sports facilities. Builders & Partners was construction project manager on the project.    

PROJECT NEWS: 10 GRENELLE HANDED OVER

  The Les Echos and Le Parisien teams have started moving in to their new head office located between the Eiffel Tower and the banks of the River Seine, on the site of Paris’ former “Vél’ d’Hiv” velodrome. Made up of two main buildings, the high-rise was designed by B Architecture and its interior created by French designer Ora Ito. The new lease of life the site has been given is characterised by the planted spaces, perforated facades and striking wooden features of this imposing project. On this 30,000 sqm refurbishment, Builders & Partners’ missions were construction management during the works phase, scheduling, management and coordination, liaison with the lessor and management of the move on behalf of the Les Echos-Le Parisien group.  

STUDIES UNDERWAY ON THE SERVIER RESEARCH CENTRE

Studies for pharmaceutical group Servier’s new research and innovation centre, designed by architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte are underway. Due to open in 2021 on the Plateau de Saclay. Builders and Partners’ role in the project includes coordination of studies and BIM management.

BIM WORLD hosts some 50 exhibitors and 20 conferences on the use of digital technology in construction and development. The event runs April 6-7, 2016, at Grande Arche. BUILDERS & PARTNERS and SYNTESIA will be speaking on Thursday 7 April at the CONJECT workshop on the theme of “The Evolution of BIN in Europe: Coordinating the core teams”. EOLE MONEY PYRAMID 2016

On 23 March 2016, the Ile-de-France Property Developers Federation held a Money Pyramid event inaugurating Eole and the Pavillon supported by Crédit Agricole Immobilier’s Tertiary Sector Development teams. Having project-managed the Coordination, Engineering and Execution of the Project, BUILDERS & PARTNERS are proud to have participated and contributed to the success of this 72,000 m² project.
