To celebrate the end of the structural works, a lunch around the traditional “Gigot Bitume” on Network 1 in Bagneux is organized!

Thanks to Les Maçons Parisiens for this invitation, shared with our clients CODIC and NEXITY and the architect BRENAC & GONZALEZ & ASSOCIES!

A 21,000 sqm operation on which the Builders Management teams carried out the Coordination of Studies and now the Construction Site Management and the Schedulling, and the teams of Builders Solutions Technical and Architectural Synthesis.

DEPARTURE FOR THE SOLIDARITY CLIMB AT MONT ROSE!

In 2 days our President Louis-Christophe Moissonnier and our collaborators Perrine Barbe and Laura Piedallu will join the solidarity rope of the Baroudeurs De l’Espoir to climb the 2nd highest peak in Europe, Mont-Rose, culminating at 4.554 m. An intense high mountain expedition over 4 days.

Why ? To raise awareness and raise funds to help child victims of the war in Syria. The volunteers of this NGO come to them in medical, food and sanitary aid and organize programs of re-schooling of children. If you also want to participate in their reconstruction, it’s here!

FOUNDATION STONE CEREMONY ON THE SERVIER FUTURE RESEARCH CENTER!

On June 19th, the 1st stone laying ceremony of the future Paris-Saclay Research Center of Servier took place!

Chaired by Olivier Laureau, president of Servier, it took place in the presence of Abdel-Kader GUERZA, sub-prefect of Palaiseau, Cédric Villani, Deputy of Essonne, Jean-François Vigier, Mayor of Bur-sur- Yvette, Michel Bournat, mayor of Gif-sur-Yvette and Jean-Michel Wilmotte, architect of the project. By 2022, the center will gather all of the group’s research activities on its 45,000 sqm of offices and laboratories.

Congratulations to the teams of Builders Management who realized the Coordination of Studies, and who will continue with Construction Site Management!

BUILDERS RUNNERS AT THE ‘FOULÉES DE L’IMMOBILIER’!

This week-end happened the annual event “Foulées de l’Immobilier” organized by the Paris Dauphine University ! Big up to all our collaborators who ran this 5 and 10 km !

SIGNATURE AND FIRST STONE OF DISTRICT ISSY COEUR DE VILLE!

Last week have been the laying of the first stone and the signature between Altarea Cogedim and Bouygues Construction of the big project Issy Coeur de Ville!

This signature launches the start of the execution of 3 office buildings (40,000 sqm), 5 housing buildings (650 housing units), a crèche, a school, a multipurpose room, a cinema, 950 parking spaces, 40 shops, a complete geothermal network and no less than 150 trees!

Congratulations to the teams of Builders Management who coordinated the design studies and to the teams of Builders Solutions who have already realized the presynthesis / BIM Management, before the MOEX and the synthesis of exé!

FOUNDATION STONE CEREMONY ON THE 3-STARS HOTEL IN HOSSEGOR

Last week the foundation stone ceremony of the Hôtel du Lac took place in Hossegor, South of France. This 84 rooms hotel will be completely refurbished. Our teams in the Occitanie Agency are entrusted by our client Azureva to assist him during the operation, led by Linkcity as developer.

SOFYA FINALIST OF THE BOUYGUES COMPETITION AT VIVATECHNOLOGY

Congratulations to the team that presented our platform SOFYA during the challenge launched by Bouygues Immobilier at Viva Technology! SOFYA was a finalist at this competition which posed the following problem: “How to animate a smart building and service provider to its tenants? “. This trophy motivates us to think better about the management of the exploitation in our solution, as well on the Property side as on the Asset side!
