FOUNDATION STONE CEREMONY ON SILEX² TOWER

On April 3rd, the foundation stone ceremony of the Silex² Tower took place in Lyon, in presence of Gérard Collomb Mayor of Lyon. It is a major project in the heart of the district of Part-Dieu, developed by Covivio.

CONFERENCE : BUILDING MAINTENANCE WITH BIM

FOUNDATION STONE CEREMONY ON NOUVEL’R WORKSITE IN NICE

On February 21st, the foundation stone ceremony of Nouvel’R took place in Nice, in the presence of Mayor Christian Estrosi. The teams of Builders Méditerranée work as Sogeprom’s Assistant Technical Project Management for these 35,000 sqm of offices, hotel, shops and housing!

ACQUISITION OF THE ASSET BO13

Supported by the teams of BUILDERS Conseil as Assistant for Project Management, the group ‘Caisse des Dépôts’ has acquired as a sale before completion transaction the parisian offices BO13 from VINCI Immobilier. The set will be delivered in 2020 and will make 7,380 m².

THE NOVARTIS CAMPUS HAS BEEN DELIVERED !

After 2 years of investor support for the project ‘Campus Novartis’ in Rueil-Malmaison, the 42,000 sqm  of offices were delivered to our client Etoile Properties last month. Congratulations to the teams of Builders Conseil for this mission, and to the teams of Builders Solutions who realized the technical and architectural synthesis and the BIM Management!

REFURBISHMENT OF THE SAMARITAINE DEPARTMENT STORE

As part of the complete renovation of the Samaritaine Department in Paris, Builders Solutions carries out the technical and architectural synthesis of the third Store. It includes 2 levels of technical premises, 4 levels of shops and 6 levels of offices.

START OF WORKS ON THE SEGUIN ISLAND

Seguin Island unveils its new face: the work of development of the point will begin this summer, to build an art foundation, a multiplex cinema, offices and a high standing hotel. The teams of Builders Conseil realized the technical AMO on this project developed by Emerige and designed by RCR, CALQ and Baumschlager Eberle Architekten.
