[BUILDERS AFRICA] VISIT IN THE WORK SITE
Last month, the Industrial Management of Valéo visited us on its factory under construction in Morocco, where we realize the Construction Site Management.
BEGINNING OF THE STRUCTURE OF SILEX²
On Silex² in Lyon, the main work begins with the installation of the first two cranes. Since the end of the clipping of the tower, the central core is under reconstruction to allow the installation of the 3rd crane on the roof. The Builders and Partners Group acts on behalf of Covivio as the prime contractor. The project is carried out as a general contractor by Eiffage Construction.
NEW PROJECT : RENOVATION OF THE INITIALE TOWER
AEW has entrusted BUILDERS Solutions teams with the technical and architectural synthesis for the partial renovation of the Initiale Tower in La Défense: 15,000 m² of offices, auditorium and common areas, from the 14th to the 30th floor and on the ground floor. The works take place in occupied site.
ACQUISITION OF THE PROPERTY WOODWORK
Etoile Properties acquired off-plan the Woodwork real estate property from Woodeum. The project, innovative in terms of environmental performance, will developp 9 500 m² of offices. The BUILDERS Conseil teams accompany the client as AMO.
REAL ESTATE ASSET ‘VIEW’ SOLD FOR 74,1 M€
The teams of BUILDERS Conseil accompanied the Scottish investment fund Aberdeen Standard Investments in the purchase of a diversified set of assets including housing, nursery, medical center, shops and offices in Suresnes, for a total amount of 74.1 M €.
NEW FLAGSHIP STORE FOR NIKE
Advised by the BUILDERS Conseil teams, the Norges Bank Investment Management Norwegian fund has signed an agreement to acquire 79 avenue des Champs Elysées from Groupama immobilier. The building is designed to house Nike’s new flagship store, which will replace Toyota’s showroom.
SHIFT LONDON AWARDED AT THE SIMI !
The SHIFT 54 London project designed by Axel Schoenert Architectes won the SIMI Grands Prix Awards in the category “Innovative redevelopment”! SWELL PROJECT’S SALE
PGIM Real Estate France has signed the sale with the promoter OGIC for the construction of two SWELL buildings totaling 19,400 m² of offices in the ZAC Bac d’Asnières in Clichy. The teams of Builders Conseil have accompanied PGIM since the acquisition until the delivery of the two buildings.
