FOUNDATION STONE CEREMONY ON THE BERKELEY
Last week was the foundation stone ceremony on The Berkeley work site, now renamed Latitude. Located along La Défense’s Circulaire boulevard, the program plans to renovate the 22,000 m² of office space in order to increase rental space, achieve high levels of environmental performance and give a new image to the real estate complex. GCI entrusted us the missions of Coordination of the Studies and Construction Site Management.
HINES ACQUIRES 213 RUE SAINT HONORE STREET
Advised by the teams of Builders Conseil, Hines acquired the famous 213 rue Saint Honoré Street, former concept-store Colette in Paris. The signature of this prestigious retail space demonstrates the Group’s ability to support increasingly diversified clients and adapt itself to their expectations on a large range of asset classes. START OF WORKS IN CRÉTEIL SOLEIL
Start of works in the Créteil Soleil shopping center. The 18,200 m² of the mall will be completely refurbished, which means an organizational challenge for our teams as it will take place at night in occupied site. KLEPIERRE has entrusted the teams of Builders Management with the OPC.
PGIM ACQUIRES THE SQUARE BUILDING IN PARIS
Advised by the Builders Conseil teams, PGIM Real Estate acquired Le Square, a 7,000 m² office building located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. Built in 1928, this art-deco building rented to Parfums Christian Dior since 2007 was acquired from a German fund. To learn more, click here.
39th ANNUAL MEETING OF CENTRALE LILLE UNIVERSITY

ELEVATION OF THE PASCAL TOWERS
The elevation started on the site of “Tours Pascal” ! Located in La Défense, these towers are completely rehabilitated as part of a program carried by ALTAREA COGEDIM and designed by Dominique Perrault Architecture. The final surface will be 70 000 m². The Builders and Partners Group has been involved in Studies Coordination and AMO BIM assignments and is currently in charge of the Master of Execution Work.
START OF WORKS ON 7 RUE DE MADRID
Start of works on the operation “7 rue de Madrid” ! GECINA has commissioned the teams of Builders Management to carry out missions of Master of Execution and OPC. Located in the 8th district of Paris, this building dating from 1876 (former Saint Ignace College) will be completely rehabilitated: restitution of the level of original gallery of the college, creation of a single storey garden in the inner courtyard, transformation of the roofs and valorization of the wooden parts of the building. This project was designed by SEARCH Architects Agency.
FIRST STONE ON CHAPELLE INTERNATIONAL
Last week was held the ceremony of laying the foundation stone of Chapelle International, a large project comprising 3 buildings. Linkcity has entrusted Builders Management with the project management of building A (20,000 m² of offices and 1,200 m² of gymnasium) and C (14,000 m² of offices) respectively designed by Arte Charpentier Architects and Métra & Associés Architects. Builders Solutions also had the mission of Presynthesis and BIM management on building C.
START OF WORKS FOR NETWORK 1 OFFICES
Installing the base life and starting work on Network 1! Nexity and Codic entrusted the teams of Builders Management with the MOEX and the OPC for the construction of these 21,000 m² of offices. Designed by architect Brenac and Gonzalez, this building is located in the eco-neighborhood Victor Hugo and precedes the opening of the future station “Bagneux” line 4, 800 m further.
