INAUGURATION OF THE HEADQUARTERS OF CASDEN BANK
In September 2018 took place the inauguration of CASDEN Banque Populaire headquarters in Champs sur Marne, operation for which the teams of Builders Management carried out missions of Coordination of Studies, Mastery of Implementation and OPC on behalf of New Builders. Congratulations to everyone!
DELIVERY OF THE SMARTSIDE OFFICES
12,000 m² rehabilitated and 20,000 m² built in Saint Ouen: Smartside offices developed by Nexity were delivered on September 14th! Congratulations to the teams of Builders Management and Builders Solutions who carried out the Study Coordination, the BIM Management, the Mastery of Execution, the OPC and the Technical and Architectural Synthesis on the operation. The whole building was acquired by EDF Invest.
INAUGURATION OF SALES AREA IN ISSY
Inauguration of the Issy Coeur de Ville sales area this week after obtaining the Building Permit! The project involves the construction of 105,000 m² of offices, housing, shops, public facilities, park, cinema. Congratulations to the teams of Builders Management and Builders Solutions who have been doing the presynthesis and the coordination of the studies for 2 years!
DELIVERY OF ORA OFFICES
Early September occured a nice delivery in ZAC Pouchet: the 25 000 m² of ORA offices to client Kaufman & Broad! Congratulations to the Builders Management teams who have carried out Mastery of Execution and Project Management missions !
NEW PROJECT : REHABILITATION OF THE MOROCCAN TOBACCO COMPANY
The Moroccan Tobacco Company entrusts Builders & Partners Africa with the project management for the renovation of its headquarters! Located near the King’s Palace in Casablanca, this 5,500 sqm building dating back to 1989 will be converted into modern offices and eventually accommodate 200 people on three levels. The other buildings on the site are a restaurant to be redeveloped and a listed building to maintain.
HANDOVER AND INAUGURATION OF THE GIACOMETTI INSTITUTE
The Giacometti Institute has been fully restored in the heart of the Montparnasse district of Paris, where the famous sculptor lived. Listed as a Monument Historique, the 350 m² and facade of the mansion have been renovated, which has led to the creation of exhibition spaces, offices and work rooms. It opened its doors to the public on June 26th. The BUILDERS & PARTNERS Group was commissioned to carry out the management of the works.
START OF WORKS ON SILEX²
The work for the Silex² Tower started in the Lyon district of Part-Dieu, for which the BUILDERS & PARTNERS Group carries out MOEX and AMO BIM missions. Established on the current EDF Tower, it will be largely rehabilitated and expanded, providing 30.900 m² and a wide range of services to its occupants: corporate restaurant, cafeteria, shops, brewery with table service on the 21st floor, concierge multi-service, 140-seat auditorium and a rest area.
DELIVERY OF THE GIM HEAD OFFICE
On May 11 were delivered the headquarters of the GIM, Metallurgical Industries Group, an 8,000 m² office building rehabilitated in Neuilly. Congratulations to our teams of BUILDERS MANAGEMENT, who provided on behalf of Linkcity missions of Mastery of Work of Design and Execution and to our teams of BUILDERS SOLUTIONS for the Technical Synthesis !
START OF THE STRUCTURAL WORK ON CARDINAL SAINT OUEN PROJECT
The teams of BUILDERS MANAGEMENT, in charge of the Master of Execution and the OPC of the Cardinal Saint Ouen project, began the structural work on this project. Divided into three buildings, this 14,000 m² project involves the construction of a student residence for Paris-Dauphine University, a hotel for MOB HOTEL and offices for KEYS.
DELIVERY OF THE PROJECT “RESIDENCE TOURIQSTIQUE”
Last month, the BUILDERS MANAGEMENT teams delivered the project “Résidence Touristique 4 *” in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Novaxia and Bridge Street Global Hospitality entrusted us with the Control of Execution and the OPC for the restructuring of these 2,500 m² of offices in a hotel complex.
