ACTU CHANTIER : DELIVERY OF 54 RUE DE LONDRES
On April 23, our BUILDERS MANAGEMENT teams delivered the 4,500 m² of offices at 54 rue de Londres! Located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, this building has been fully renovated to standards, certifications HQE, BREEAM and BBC Renovation certification.

Project JAVA lot O7 wins the ArchiDesignClub Awards 2018 !
As part of the construction of the ZAC Clichy-Batignolles in Paris 17th, the architectural agencies ChartierDalix and Brenac & Gonzalez and Associates have designed a 24,000 m² office building, which won the ArchiDesignClub Awards 2018 in the category ” Offices”.
The BUILDERS & PARTNERS Group intervened for MOEX, OPC and BIM Management missions.

ACTU CHANTIER : DELIVERY OF LOSSERAND
On 15 february 2018 the building LOSSERAND was delivered to developers PITCH and TISHMAN.
This high-rise buiding was rehabilitated on 20 000 m² and had an extension of 5 000 m².
Groupe BUILDERS & PARTNERS was in charge of the Mastery of Execution, Project Management, Synthesis and BIM Management.
Nanterre les Groues – building permit filed
Groupe BUILDERS & PARTNERS was chosen by VINCI IMMO to accomplish the Presynthesis, BIM Management, Coordination of Studies and Mastery of Execution on the project situated in Nanterre Les Groues.
The project includes the construction of the future head office of VINCI ENERGIES, a 4 stars hotel with 184 rooms, offices and shops.

ACTU CHANTIER : LIVRAISON IMMEUBLE QU4DRANS
On 18 January 2018, Quadrans was delivered to developer Linkcity. This office campus comprising four new buildings in the midst of a landscaped park in the 15th arrondissement in Paris, has a useful surface area of 88,000 sqm. Total budget for the works was €229M. The Builders & Partners group was in charge of study coordination on the project and also assumed the role of site manager.
PROJECT NEWS: HANDOVER OF SOLARIS BUILDING
Solaris, the 14,000 sqm. office building with 9 stories and 3 basement levels located in Champs sur Marne (in the Seine et Marne department), was delivered to LNC on 12 January 2018. The Builders & Partners group carried out study coordination and site management on the project.
OPERATION RUE DES ROSIERS IN SAINT-OUEN
The task of coordinating studies on behalf of Linkcity for “Seven”, an office project in Montigny le Bretonneux (in the Department of Yvelines) has recently been entrusted to the Builders & Partners group. The 8-floor building with 2 basement levels, designed by Studio ORY, will boast a floor area of approximately 8,000 sqm. and feature 150 parking spaces. BREEAM Very Good – WELL Silver – NF HQE Office Building Excellent – Effinergie+ certifications.
