HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS
Pascal Towers
The Builders & Partners Group was entrusted a role which entailed site supervision and coordination on the project. The Pascale Towers, the headquarters of IBM before being occupied by the French Department of Public Works and Ecology for a long period of time, were the subject of a totally new project in terms of architecture and building services, which turned them into an asset in keeping with the latest standards of prestige.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
The Maison des Avocats (headquarters of the Paris Bar Association)
The Maison des Avocats is located at the foot of the new Palais de Justice (Paris Court House) in the heart of the Cite Judiciaire (judicial precinct). The building includes a 100-seat auditorium, a pedestrian area and spaces where the services of the Order and lawyers registered with the Paris Bar can meet up and exchange thoughts. It is made up of a metal structure connected to a central, exposed-concrete core, it boasts an overhang measuring more than 25 metres and it spans the tunnel through which line 13 of the metro runs. The building was designed from a pedestrian’s viewpoint and reinforces the idea that transparency, as a symbol, is essential for anything to do with the justice system.

Hyphen Hotels
Construction of a complex consisting of two hotels, a 4-star Moxy and a 5-star Sheraton with a rooftop terrace and a total of 679 rooms, including spaces open to the public on the ground floor – a brasserie, a restaurant, a fitness centre and spa.

Chanel Rue Cambon
The Chanel boutique at 39-41 Rue Cambon in Paris has undergone major renovation works, which called for technical expertise and advanced organisational skills to ensure compliance with the owner’s architectural and programming requirements. The project entailed underpinning works to increase floor area, improvements in clear height values and to the office spaces in terms of how functional they are, renovation of all the building services installations and bringing the building into line with best Paris-market standards.

PSG Campus
The PSG football team is building a new training campus on 74 hectares of land in Poissy. Facilities for the players will include the creation of no fewer than 17 football pitches, a stadium, a club house, a school, training spaces and accommodation.

DATA CENTERS – TRADING ROOMS
Eole Montrouge
Construction of the headquarters of CACIB (Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank), including all tenant works. The building houses offices for 3,100 workers, Crédit Agricole’s trading floor, different restaurants, 2 auditoriums, a branch of the bank, together with all the services befitting a large-scale head office of this nature. The project was completed in February 2016.

Servier
Design and construction of a new centre for research and innovation for the pharmaceutical group Servier, which will bring together 600 researchers who currently work on 4 different sites. A circular central building connects 5 other buildings. Boasting a strong architectural identity and cutting-edge technological solutions, the site also has very ambitious goals in terms of energy: Effinergie+ and Biodiversity certification, profile AAAB with an Excellent rating, together with HQE 2015 certification, Exceptional Passport and Well Gold rating.

In Nice, the Joia Meridia project led by Pitch Promotion involves the collaboration of 3 architects, Lambert Lénack, Sou Fujimoto and Dream, on the design of this mixed-used 75,000 sqm. programme, comprising almost 800 luxury apartments, in addition to myriad occupant services.

Tanger Factory
Design and engineering services for all building service and architectural aspects of the project consisting of the construction of two Valéo car part factories, one with a floor area of 15,000 sqm. and the other a floor area of 28,000 sqm.

CULTURAL
Institut Giacometti
Alberto Giacometti’s atelier, located in the heart of Paris, is now open to the public. The Giacometti Foundation entrusted us with steering the works designed to bring the building into compliance with accessibility regulations, without compromising the authenticity of the site. This hôtel particulier which is listed and registered as a Historic Monument, was the subject of a change in use, and was converted from residential to exhibition space.

Lyon Part-Dieu Railway Station
The objective of the redevelopment of the Lyon Part-Dieu Station is to greatly reduce flow rates within the station by creating a quadrilateral rail hub. The operation is made more difficult due to the fact that trains will continue to run, and also due to the interconnectedness with neighbouring projects under separate management (the To Lyon Tower and the underground car park on Place Béraudier with Vinci Immobilier, the development of the Place and outside spaces with the SPL (local public company).

Issy Cœur de Ville District
The former site of the CNET, completely redesigned by the architectural firm Valode & Pistre and developed by Altarea Cogedim, is the focus of a new district being developed in the heart of Issy-les-Moulineaux. Housing, retail, a school, a crèche, a cinema, offices, etc. the emblematic project, which will be energy self-sufficient thanks to an underground energy loop, has very ambitious environmental goals.
