The Smicotom wanted to benefit from the expertise of a group specialising in technical, legal, organisation and financial aspects in relation to the implementation of an incentive pricing policy.
The study was divided into several phases:

• In phase 1: Diagnostics, review of the current situation
  Objectives: To produce an exhaustive analysis of the current organisation, the cost and financing of waste management services in the area covered by Smicotom
• In phase 2: Proposal of different scenarios
  Objectives: To help the Syndicat choose the scenario for the financing of the waste management services to be implemented in the area
• In phase 3 Overall Action Plan
  Objectives: To refine simulations based on the scenario adopted and prepare the road map for its effective implementation. Our work does not involve helping with the operational implementation of the incentive pricing policy.
