The Samaritaine’s Store 3 is an Art Deco building designed by Henri Sauvage in the 30’s. The project of the Owner is to achieve a complete rehabilitation of the building remodeling the foundations, the metal structure and the vertical circulations to find the original spirit of the department store. The project integrates the restoration of the entire facade listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments. The program includes 2 levels of technical rooms, 4 levels of shops and 6 levels of offices.
