Renovation of an office building, the Berkeley, erected in the 1970s in La Défense. The project’s goal was to create a multipurpose building. With an existing surface area of ​​approximately 25,000 m² and over 400 parking spaces, the main objectives of this renovation were:
– Increase rental space and densify office floors
– Approaching new standards in terms of free heights and technical and environmental performance
– Give a new image to the real estate complex
– Rationalize the Club’s volumes
– Renovate and rationalize infrastructure levels.
