Rehabilitation of the headquarters of the Moroccan Society of Tobacco: located near the King’s Palace in Casablanca, this 1989 building of 5,500 sqm will be converted into modern offices and eventually accommodate 200 people on three levels. The other buildings on the site are a restaurant to be redeveloped and a listed building to maintain.
