Altarea Cogedim wants to develop a housing operation on a former industrial site in Romainville, of about 20,000 m² SPD (351 housing units). It consists of 7 buildings in accession (for 330 dwellings) and in social housing (20 dwellings). Two levels of basements are planned for parking. The complexity of this project comes from the diversity of its stakeholders and more particularly the choice on the part of the Client to appoint two architects (Agency RVA and MP-A) who share the buildings.
