ALTAREA COGEDIM has acquired an old garage in the 5th district of Paris. The restructuring operation aims to create 10 social housing units and 27 housing units to acquire. The budget of the operation is 9 Millions €. Builders Solutions provided BIM Management and Presynthesis missions during the design phase. The BIM, coupled with the point cloud realized during the phase, made it possible to identify synthesis problems upstream.
