Builders & Partners is coordinating the studies and BIM Management for the construction of the new headquarters of Crédit Agricole Sud Rhônes Alpes. On approximately 8,000 m², the building has dual HQE and BREEAM certification and potentially also BEPOS (positive energy building).

This operation also provides for the construction of a 4,000 m² building for leasing and a parking silo.
