The Volvestre intercommunal council (aka CCV) was born out of the merger between the Garonne Louge intercommunal council (CCGL) which brings together four communes (Capens, Longages, Mauzac and Noé) and the Volvestre intercommunal council, representing 30,000 inhabitants spread over the 32 communes.
The objective of the assignment was to determine definitive voluntary drop-off locations for the 3 flows (RHW, selective collection, glass), and provision to the CCV of guidance and assistance with the signature of contracts for the implementation of these voluntary drop-off points (construction management contract, contract for the supply of the containers, contract for the procurement of the collection vehicle). This comprehensive study comprises 3 phases:

Phase 1: Definition and diagnostics of theoretical locations for voluntary drop-off points

• Territorial analysis/location of voluntary glass drop-off points
• Pre-sizing
• On-site identification and mapping of potential locations

Phase 2: Determination of definitive sites

• Work setting up the sites in three stages (Implementation work on site in 3 stages)
• Negotiations/discussions with communes
• Analysis of appropriate supplies
• Summary for each location and photo report
• Summary of the project – final report

Phase 3: Providing assistance with construction contracts

• Drafting tender documents
• Assessment of candidates and bids
